Tribeca Record Artist Randy Edelman Releases “Pat Wants to Know” via “Waltzing On A High Wire” March 18TH, 2025

Tribeca Records is proud to release the second single from composer Randy Edelman’s highly acclaimed and award winning album “Waltzing On A High Wire.” An instrumentally nostalgic sound with one of the most relevant and hardest topics to conquer in both marriages and relationships the song is entitled “Pat Wants To Know” and will be offered worldwide on all digital platforms on Tuesday March 18, 2025. The song delves deeply into the lack of communication between couples even though love and even an unfathomable sense of caring might still exist. 

“Pat Wants to Know” is sad. It points to a lack of communication in a long-term, loving relationship which can eventually lead to feelings of resentment, a disconnect, and a growing distance between the two partners. It manifests as a gradual erosion of intimacy and understanding, putting these type of relationships at risk. Often people begin to take each other for granted and avoid difficult conversations. They feel emotionally unsafe and there is no open opportunity to repair and heal past wounds. Listening to this song might prove to be a wake-up call for those who struggle with the uncertainty of one another.

“Waltzing On A High Wire” is already highly acclaimed having won “Best Album of the Year” at the New England Music Hall of Fame. Edelman also was honored by the BroadwayWorld Awards as Record Producer of the Year for the production of the album.
