Tribeca Records News For April 2025

Spring is an inspiring season for new ideas. There is a sense of renewal and rejuvenation. In a quote from the late Robin Williams “Spring is nature’s way of saying Let’s Party.” Tribeca Records and label President  John “SohoJohnny Pasquale are happy to announce our Spring line-up and events for our artists and their followers:

 

Reviewing March Tribeca saw a phenomenal release by composer Randy Edelman, the second single from his new album  “Waltzing On A High Wire” titled “Pat Wants To Know” on March 18th. It is accompanied by a lyric video. Composer Randy Edelman will be heading to the UK this April where he will be adding new material to his solo show. He will be introducing new music at his favorite club The Crazy Coqs in London’s West End on the evening of April 24th. This is a preview of his upcoming 2025 shows both at New York City’s Lincoln Center on June 6th and @ Carnegie Hall on December 19th. Randy can also be seen live this summer @ The Ridgefield Playhouse in Connecticut and in the Hamptons on Long Island.

 

Randy will also be doing final mix-downs for his new scores the Ghostbusters ll documentary, “Too Hot To Handle” and the feature “Love Me Dead” starring Dove Cameron, both while in London. Additionally at the same time he will be recording a new title song for his Panama Canal musical (formerly called “Panama” but now retitled “ShortCut”) and thus the new tune with that title.



Rising star Gina Zollman has just released a brand new, highly anticipated 17 track album, “Originals.” The collection was co-written by Kevin Fisher and showcases, Gina’s heartfelt storytelling, drawn from her life’s experiences of love, loss, passion, and resilience. Gina will be performing in West Hollywood at The Gardenia on Friday March 28th, 2025. She also released the highly anticipated music video for the single “Any Road You Choose”.

House recording artist Irene Michaels unleashed the Valentine mix of “My Heart” featuring rap artist Twizm Whyte Piece. They performed the song together at the Get Out Awards and were introduced on stage by SohoJohnny. Irene will be performing Friday March 28th at the Epiphany Performing Arts Center in Chicago. On April 4th Irene will be back in New York City to open for Mickey Burns one man show “Profiles: A Retrospective.” Along with Irene THE AMERICAN RELICS (Also Tribeca Artists) will also join Mickey as an opening act. 



Hip-Hop extraordinaire Ben Bacardi made his debut single on Tribeca with an accompanying video called “Life Again.” He is planning his next single release shortly. Jennifer Belle also released her debut country single called “Jezebel” which will be followed by another single and a Nashville video later in April.


Tribeca Records wants to remind everyone to nominate their favorite artists for the Josie Music Awards which will take place at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville on November 2, 2025. Nominations can be accomplished by going to their website and are opened until April 30, 2025.
